Scott Preston is a software craftsman and roboticist from Columbus, Ohio. Over the past decade he has worked for some of the largest companies in the world and built & programmed lots of web sites and robots. When he's not working on a new robot or web project, he consults and solves hard problems for customers at his company CodeGin LLC, which he founded in 2010. He is also a renowned speaker and has spoken at many events large and small to promote web development and robotics. The recipes -- all veggie, many vegan, and some adapted for gluten-intolerant eating -- are a bit involved, but well worth the effort. And if the Brothers War is as good as the Thran this book would be one of the greatest books i've read this year. I don't think I've been disapointed in anything he's published lately, from his run on Spider-Man and Thor to his string of Joe's Comics releases like this, Dream Police, Ten Grand, etc Its not run-of-the-mill by any standards other than JMS' own. The exercises are very well written and executed. Tons of information that help me appreciate this oldest of relationships. I found that this great story being told in this form brought some new dimensions to this excellent book that always changes. It's done all in black-and-white, and has a sort of old-timey Dick Tracy look to it.
